We want Midland Reef customers to receive the correct products in good condition.
Before Requesting a Return
Please contact us before sending any product back. Include your order number, the product name, and a description of the issue.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible with clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label. We will review the issue and help determine the next step.
Opened Products
Because Midland Reef products are liquid aquarium supplements, opened products may not be eligible for return unless there is a verified fulfillment, shipping, or product issue.
Unopened Products
Unopened products may be reviewed for return eligibility. Return approval, return instructions, and any applicable refund are determined after we review the request.
Refunds
Approved refunds are generally issued back to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.
Shipping Costs
Original shipping charges may not be refundable unless the issue was caused by fulfillment error or shipping damage confirmed during review.
Aquarium Results
Refunds are not provided for aquarium issues caused by improper testing, overdosing, underdosing, incorrect storage, mixing with incompatible products, or use outside of label guidance.
