Subscription Policy

SUBSCRIPTION POLICY

This policy covers the Midland Reef Subscribe & Save program, powered by Seal Subscriptions.

SUBSCRIBE & SAVE

Subscribe & Save gives you 10% off every order when you set up automatic refills on any Midland Reef product. Subscriptions are charged and shipped on your chosen schedule until you cancel.

DELIVERY INTERVALS

When subscribing you choose a delivery frequency that matches your tank's consumption:

30 days — for higher-demand systems
45 days — for moderate-demand systems
60 days — for lower-demand systems

You can change your interval at any time through your customer account or by contacting us before the next renewal date.

BILLING

Your payment method is charged automatically on each renewal date. You will receive an email reminder before each upcoming charge. Payment processing is handled securely through Shopify Payments — Midland Reef does not store card numbers directly.

MANAGING YOUR SUBSCRIPTION

You can manage your subscription at any time by logging into your Midland Reef customer account or by contacting us through the Support page. From your account you can:

Skip a delivery
Pause your subscription
Change your delivery interval
Update your shipping address
Cancel your subscription

CANCELLATION

You can cancel at any time before the next renewal date — no fees, no minimums, no commitment. Cancellations take effect immediately. Once a renewal order has been charged and shipped, it falls under the standard Refund Policy.

SKIPPING A DELIVERY

If you need to delay a shipment, you can skip your next delivery through your customer account or by contacting us at least 24 hours before the scheduled renewal date.

PRICING CHANGES

If product pricing changes affect your subscription, Midland Reef will notify you by email at least 7 days before the new price takes effect, giving you the opportunity to cancel or adjust before being charged.
