Refund policy

Chemistry Products (ORIGIN™ System)

Unopened, unused ORIGIN™ products in their original sealed packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. To start a return, email midlandreef@gmail.com with your order number.

  • Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product).
  • For safety and quality-control reasons, opened chemistry products cannot be returned or resold. If you believe a product is defective, contact us — we will make it right.

Live Products (Phyto Five™)

Because Phyto Five™ is a live, refrigerated product, it cannot be returned. It is covered instead by our Arrive-Healthy commitment:

  • If your Phyto Five™ arrives in compromised condition, email midlandreef@gmail.com within 24 hours of the carrier-recorded delivery time.
  • Include your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging.
  • Approved claims are resolved with a replacement or refund.
  • Claims cannot be honored if the package was left outside for an extended period after delivery, exposed to extreme temperatures after delivery, or reported more than 24 hours after delivery.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We will replace the item or refund you — whichever you prefer.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval. Original shipping charges are non-refundable except when the return is due to our error.

Subscriptions

Subscription orders can be paused, adjusted, or cancelled anytime before the next billing date through your account or by emailing midlandreef@gmail.com.
